Because our products are digital downloads and may be accessed, copied, downloaded, or used immediately after purchase, our refund policy is different from physical product returns. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Digital Product Sales Are Generally Final

All purchases of digital products from DigitalProductFiles.com are generally considered final and non-refundable once the product has been successfully delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

This is because digital products cannot be physically returned after delivery. However, we want every customer to receive the correct product and have a fair experience.

4. Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

After 7 days, we may still help with download problems, file access issues, or replacement files, but a refund may not be available unless required by applicable consumer law.

9. Chargebacks

10. Global Customers and Consumer Rights

We sell digital products to customers in the United States and internationally. Some countries or regions may provide mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by this policy.

For EU customers, consumer rules generally provide a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, but exceptions can apply to digital content when performance has begun, such as download or access starting after the customer’s consent.
